SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT
These GTC apply to all visitors to the ILLUMINA event at the Schlosspark Laxenburg location.<\/p>\n

EXCHANGE \/ RETURN \/ CANCELLATION OF TICKETS
As the organiser provides a service for leisure activities in accordance with these GTC and a specific time has been agreed for this, the right of withdrawal in distance selling in accordance with \u00a711 FAGG is excluded in accordance with \u00a718 Para. 1 Z 10 FAGG. Cancellation of the purchase contract is therefore not possible. Please check before your purchase whether the date and number of tickets are displayed correctly in the shopping basket. A replacement for tickets not used or only partially used (e.g. due to late arrival) is excluded, as is a replacement for lost tickets.<\/p>\n

RETURN OF PURCHASED TICKETS (CANCELLATION)
If an event day is closed or cancelled by ILLUMINA due to bad weather (storm, thunderstorm, etc.), tickets can be rebooked for an alternative date. Whether an event day is cancelled or the cancellation of an event day will be announced on the homepage www.lichtergarten.at on the day of the event. A refund of the ticket price in the event of a no-show is excluded. Tickets cannot be cancelled due to a postponement by the organiser.<\/p>\n

NO EXCHANGE OF TICKETS
Tickets cannot generally be exchanged. Tickets with a rebooking option are excluded from this rule. Purchased tickets are valid on the specified date and at the specified time.<\/p>\n

CHECKING THE CORRECTNESS OF THE TICKET
After purchasing the tickets, the customer is obliged to check that the information printed on them is correct. Complaints must be sent immediately by email to support@magmag.at.<\/p>\n

RIGHT OF RESIDENCE
During ILLUMINA's operating hours, access to the premises is only permitted with a valid admission ticket. The admission ticket entitles the holder to one entry on the specified day at the specified time. All admission tickets are cancelled electronically upon entering the event area. The ticket therefore loses its validity when leaving the event venue. The event site must be left by the applicable closing time.<\/p>\n

ADMISSIBILITY OF SOUND, IMAGE OR FILM RECORDINGS
Das Filmen und Fotografieren ist w\u00e4hrend dem Besuch zu privaten Zwecken erlaubt.<\/p>\n

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDINGS BY THE ORGANISER
Photos and videos will be taken during the event. By purchasing a ticket and participating in the event, participants agree that these recordings may be used by the organiser Illumina Lichtergarten GmbH for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

  • Public relations (e.g. reporting in the press)<\/li>\n
  • Advertising (print media, online media, social media, on-site)\n

    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    If participants do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform our staff on site. In this case, we will take appropriate measures to avoid recording.<\/p>\n

    INSTRUCTIONS
    The (safety) instructions of the event and security staff, whether given over the loudspeaker or in person, must be followed immediately and without fail. Failure to comply with instructions may result in expulsion from the event venue.<\/p>\n

    PLACE REFERENCE
    Arbitrary non-observance of (safety) instructions, brawling, drunkenness, drug consumption, littering, disturbance of the peace, disturbance of public decency and the like may lead to expulsion from the premises. In such cases, the entrance fee will not be refunded.<\/p>\n

    REGULATION IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION\/CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT FOR REASONS OF FORCE MAJEURE
    If the event has to be cancelled due to force majeure, visitors will receive a voucher for an alternative date.<\/p>\n

    INDEMNIFICATION AND DEFENCE
    The organiser shall be indemnified and held harmless by the visitor against the owner of the event venue for any damage caused unlawfully and culpably by the visitor.<\/p>\n

    ROUTING & PATHS
    The illuminated and marked paths may not be left. The tour may only be walked in the marked one-way direction.<\/p>\n

    SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
    The invalidity of individual provisions of these GTC shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these GTC. The invalid clause shall be replaced by a clause that comes closest to the economic and legal purpose of the invalid clause.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
